The term ‘Malswisse Sdn Bhd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Malswisse Sdn Bhd at No.61-8A, 8B and 8C, Jalan SS2/75, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Colours of products may vary greatly due to differences in camera/monitor settings; product packaging may also be different to that shown.
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we may, at our option, send a carefully selected substitute. If the substitute item has a lower price we will refund you the difference. We will not charge you more than your original order total without your permission. We will not be obliged to offer compensation for any disappointment suffered.
You must have registered on our website to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers, however all reviews will be checked before they are posted to the site so please follow our guidelines.
• Must be relevant to the product in question and not be related to your experience in buying or having the item delivered.
• Must not contain derogatory comments directed towards other reviewers.

By booking a training course place you are agreeing to the following:
• It is your responsibility to ensure the person(s) you are booking on the course meets the requirements as detailed within the course details before booking.
• Courses booked online are provisional; you’ll be emailed within 24 hours (weekdays only) to confirm your booking. As spaces are limited we cannot initially guarantee there are places left on the course.
• Available places displayed are an indication and not a guarantee that the amount of places are available.
• Advertised trainer is correct at time of booking, we reserve the right to change the trainer without notice at any time.
Please wear casual and comfortable attire when attending a training course.
Training Course Cancellation Policy:
Most courses are refundable up to 8 days prior to the start date of the course (in some cases this may be up to 31 days, please check the course information sheet before you book). After this point courses are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. You may send a substitute delegate providing they meet the course criteria. We reserve the right to cancel the course date, in this case we will notify you at least 3 days prior to the event and advise you of an alternative date/venue. However in this instance Malswisse are NOT liable for travel expenses, childcare, potential loss of income or any potential associated costs.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All purchases are subject to availability and Malswisse reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
All prices are exclusive of GST Tax and delivery and are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise stated.
Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In-store offers may not be available online; online offers may not be available in-store. When a free or discounted product is issued as part of a special offer, this must be returned or full selling price paid if the qualifying product is returned as unwanted.
GST Free Sale Terms and Conditions:
Our GST Free equivalent sale means the total payable is the pre-GST total of the merchandise. You will still be charged GST (that’s the law!) but the total amount you pay is as if we had not charged it. For example, if a product costs RM10.00 +GST the total you pay is RM10.60. When we have a GST Free Sale, we discount the price down to RM9.40 +GST so the total you pay is RM10.00, which is the same as the original price, but without the GST.
GST Free discount does not apply to the delivery charge and will not be applied to products already subject to a price reduction or discount. Please ensure you have entered the promotional code before checking out, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to an order.
Payment in full is required to be made by any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa (including Electron) or MasterCard through this website prior to dispatch of goods. You can also pay by Ipay88/PAYPAL/Maybank2u or thru Public Bank.
Returning goods bought online is not a problem, all we ask is that they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your intention to return goods and whether you are looking to exchange or get a refund.
Goods must be returned to the address shown at the bottom of this page (refunds cannot be processed in-store), please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return. We strongly recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost goods. If you’re unable to send goods back to us you can request that we arrange a collection however the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. The original delivery charge cannot be refunded.
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the following products if the packaging has been opened:
• Hair brushes/Hair extensions
• Accessories and equipment items
This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods
We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received please inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com. We’ll arrange collection of the goods (at our cost) and send out replacements as soon as possible. If it is more convenient for you to send the goods back to us, let us know and send to the address below (refunds cannot be processed in-store) using recorded delivery and we’ll reimburse you the cost of this.
