Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q.Can I collect my order directly from Malswisse Center?
Yes you can, if you are located in Malaysia. Please select the “Self Collection” option during checkout. You can pick up your order at No.61-8C, Jalan SS2/75, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor between Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5.30pm (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
***Your orders will be cancelled if not collected in 2 weeks
Q. How do you ensure products are in good condition during transit?
Products are inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Should you receive a damaged product, please send us an image of the item with the packaging at email@example.com
Q. What should I do if my order is not yet delivered?
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number
Q. Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
If we have attempted to deliver your order but you or your representative were not present to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (for orders in Malaysia only). Alternatively, it can be collected at our office at No.61-8C, Jalan SS2/75, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor between Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5.30pm (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
There is no re-delivery fee for orders over RM150. If Malswisse or the courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Malswisse for self-collection.
For orders under RM150, a re-delivery fee of RM10 will apply.
If our partners have attempted to deliver your order but you or your representative were not present to receive it, our partners will contact you to arrange redelivery at a suitable time. Should you face any problems, please contact us at email@example.com.
There is no redelivery fee for international orders. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package may be returned to Malswisse’s office in Malaysia.
Q. What happens if I missed the delivery time-slot scheduled?
Our driver will notify you via SMS if a delivery attempt has been made. Malswisse will contact you within 24 hours to reschedule the delivery. There is no re-delivery fee for orders over RM150. If Malswisse or the courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Malswisse for self collection.
What do I do if I receive something wrong or is faulty?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details and image of the affected items received.
